I specialize in helping early-stage startups kickstart their organic growth and launch successful SEO programs.
And I bring quite a lot of experience to the table:
Since 2010, I worked with countless early-stage startups helping them overcome these and many other issues.
I helped companies like Userlist, Refiner, Wisepops, ConsentKit, Seedtable, Postpone, Bommer, SuggestionOx, Paycove and many others launch their SEO programs and begin building their organic growth engines.
I also helped startups like Castos, Abyssale, Keeping and others scale their already significant search visibility.
Here, I'll let them tell you...
Craig Hewitt, CEO, Castos.com
SEO has been paramount to Castos’ success.
We’ve been investing heavily in SEO-driven content from day one, and it paid off. Our pages now attract a relevant audience from search engines and convert many of those visitors into signups and leads.
Moritz Dausinger, CEO, Refiner.io
At Refiner, SEO is one of the major drivers of growth.
We started investing in SEO content early on and are really happy with the strategic decision we took. Today, most of our converting traffic comes from organic search results and we see a strong correlation between rankings and ourbusiness performance.
My name is Pawel Grabowski. I am an SEO consultant for startups based in Ireland.
True - I'm usually using a (poorly drawn, I admit*) carricature of myself throughout this site. It just looks cool (and it's my perhaps not so great attempt at building a brand.) But it doesn't mean that I don't want to show you my face. So, here I am :)
* Mind you, since it was me who drew the carricature... no comments, please.
Here's what working with a startup SEO consultant means to you:
When working with you, I act as your outsourced director of SEO, and completely own the organic channel.
This means that I build your strategy. I work with you and the team on ensuring that the website is geared to compete in search. I plan your content and then, manage the content production. I monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously find new ways to improve the results. And I do everything else that is needed to get you the results you're after.
Focus on simple
In marketing, simple isn't always easy. In fact, simplicity is often perceived as bad. Not to mention that simplicity often feels like the exact opposite of sexy. As a result, so many marketers try to look beyond simple to the new and exciting. But in truth, it's often the simple things that deliver the best results.
But I appreciate and remind myself of the power of doing the basics first every day.
Instead of chasing after the new fad or whatever new and seemingly revolutionary framework someone has come up with recently, I approach SEO in its purest form - I first understand what conversations your audience has around your product's use cases, and use SEO and content to help you join in and engage those people.
I do it because it works.
Embrace routines
FACT: So many factors affect SEO success. And yet, often, it's the same core things, when done over and over again and done well, that deliver the biggest wins.
I embrace those routines, even if they might seem boring to everyone else. To me, doing the same thing over and over again isn't boring but necessary, and that's what makes it exciting. Not to mention that it's also what moves the needle for your startup so, hey, double win!
Work with care and care about the work
I know that you're building your life's work. I understand that much of your life might depend on the success of your startup, and I reflect that in my approach to work.
I aim to be precise.
I do things mindfully
And I do not take shortcuts or skip stuff just because I'm tired on the day.
